Shipping Policy

At Pandharpur Agarbatti, we are committed to ensuring that you receive your purchased products in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. Please note that applicable delivery charges may be added to your orders.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email at pandharpuragarbatti@gmail.com with the order details. Once the item(s) are shipped, you will receive another email with the shipping information.

Delivery may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances in certain locations. Please note that the AWB (tracking code) may take time to reflect updates, even after the courier has picked up the package.

We use reputed courier partners for all deliveries. If courier service is unavailable in your area, we will use India Post’s Book Post, Speed Post, or Parcel service. If the address you provide during checkout is incorrect or incomplete, it is your responsibility to coordinate with the delivery agent, who may call your provided phone number.

If delivery is attempted at least twice and fails due to any of the following:

Your order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

Once we receive the RTO parcel, we will initiate a refund as per our refund policy. Please note: Once an order is marked RTO, it will not be re-shipped. To receive the product, you must place a new order.
