Return & Refund Policy

As a policy, Pandharpur Agarbatti discourages any return and refund requests.

However, the customer shall be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• If the package has been tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, as confirmed by Pandharpur Agarbatti personnel after evaluation based on the company’s quality parameters.
• If a wrong item has been delivered that does not match the item ordered on the platform.
• If Pandharpur Agarbatti has initiated the cancellation of the order as per the cancellation policy.

Note: Pandharpur Agarbatti does not support product returns once delivered due to strict hygiene and safety standards. If a product does not meet customer expectations, we recommend it be discarded responsibly in an environmentally friendly and socially appropriate way.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be credited to the customer’s account as per the original payment method.
• No refunds are processed for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• COD is allowed only for orders up to ₹2,500 INR. Orders exceeding this limit with COD selected will be automatically cancelled.
• For international transactions, refunds (if approved) will be initiated within 15 working days.

All refund decisions made by Pandharpur Agarbatti are final and binding.
