1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before the package has been dispatched from our Mumbai facility. To cancel, please reach out to customer support at +91 8850 385 632 or email pandharpuragarbatti@gmail.com.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with unboxing photos or video. We will dispatch a replacement free of charge or initiate a full refund.
3. Refund Process & Timelines
Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original payment method (Razorpay / UPI / NetBanking / Cards) within 5 to 7 business days as per standard banking timelines.
